About

Registry of Figure Models And Artists

Connecting experienced Chicago-area people that figure model for pay or pay for figure models.  Two Directories.  That’s it.

If you want to get a booking, search for a place where you’d like to figure model and then email them, expressing your interest. If you need a figure model, look at the listings and email the figure models that you would like to hire, proposing dates and rates. Artists could use the MODELS Directory to locate nearby Models by Zip Code in case a model is needed in a hurry, due to a cancellation.  Models could similarly use the ARTISTS Directory to locate nearby Artists to minimize commute times. You can also search by studio name, university, email address – really, just about anything.

It is NOT a placement firm, agency or hiring authority.  It makes NO claims of workplace safety or pay.  If you are or need a photography model, or if you are or need a draped/costumed model, this may not be the right place for you. It is up to you to exercise caution and due diligence in contacting and dealing with others in the Registry, just as if you had met a complete stranger while walking down the street and then introduced yourself.

Memberships are good for twelve months and are free. To keep your name in a Directory, you need to renew your membership each year. This helps to keep the Directory listings accurate and current.

JOIN:  Sell yourself! For your protection, avoid sensitive information like home address or phone number.

Username/Display Name: What do you like to be called?  First or last name is NOT required.

Password: It has to be a strong one!

Email Address: Enter your Model/Artist email address. Once you have been approved for the Registry, you could change it at any time. Consider a new email address, used just for ROFMAA.ART, to easily identify how a sender found you.

References: These are required to help ensure that only legitimate figure models and figurative artists are listed on the Registry. If not provided or do not check out, there will be no listing.

Headshot: This will help Models and Artists find each other when they meet for the first time. Safe for work photos, of course.

LOG IN/LOG OUT: Only verified, experienced Artists and Models can access the Directories.
